SHIPPING, PICK-UP & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders received for shipping prior to 12:00 PM CST (noon) will be processed the same day for shipping. We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible but cannot guarantee orders will go out the same day if received after that time.
All supply orders received through JDFlawless.com will be fulfilled through the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii (Shipping Quotes are based on weight of shipment).  We are currently not shipping to any other international Regions.  Free domestic shipping is being offered on all orders over $99.
 
If you still have not received your package after 1-2 business days from the expected delivery date, please contact USPS or UPS to report a lost package, open a case and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package.

We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit.

Orders received for pick-up will be processed and available within 24 hours.  Customers will receive a notification via email when their purchase is ready for pick-up.
 
Orders received for delivery will be delivered same day if the order is received prior to 10AM and will be delivered between 11AM-12PM.  All orders received after 10AM will be delivered next business day from 11AM-12PM.  If the delivery recipient (or a designated recipient) is unavailable during drop-off, we will attempt to leave the package in a safe location at the entrance or in front of the delivery address.
 
Delivery area includes Killeen and some surrounding areas of Copperas Cove and Harker Heights*
We will not be held responsible for any damaged products, lost or missing items after drop-off in the event the delivery recipient or designated recipient was unavailable.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our policy on returns and refunds are ALL SALES FINAL. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or via email below. Our definition of defective or damaged products, does not include damages incurred from delivery by the postal service.  We do our best to ensure packages are shipped securely, but we exclude our liability from damage that occurs during transit.  We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit.

If your package is intact, and your products appear damaged, and/or are defective, please follow the instructions below. 

 

RETURNS

 

All defective or damaged products must be returned to sender for exchange. All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@jdflawless.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

EXCHANGES

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

   

The following items CANNOT be exchanged: 

 

     ●     Liquids/Gels   

     ●     Implements

     ●     Nail Art

     ●     Acrylic Powders

     ●     Discounted Items

 

Please Note

           

     ●     Customers must send proof via email of defective/damaged items/package. (Photos of the unopened packaged, items within the package, etc.) 

     ●     Online Purchases are All Sales Final. Exchanges for defective/damaged items must be requested within three (3) days of the purchase/delivery date.   

     ●     In Store Purchases are All Sales Final. Exchanges for defective/damaged items must be requested within three (3) days of the purchase date. 

     ●     JD Flawless Nail Products reserves the right to deny any exchange request based on the evidence presented in reference to defective/damaged products.
